Security deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE if an accepted tenant cancels or does not take possession of the property. Rent $1695/month, pet deposit is $350 + $100 each additional pet (limited number allowed, pets must be approved), $65 NON-REFUNDABLE application fee per adult (18 years and older).
